EPP 2020-21 Reflective Diary

 Today again I had individual meeting with coordinator in which she desceribed me more briefly about the company's requirements. In which there were functional and non functional requirements to enhance the user's experience and to make is easy for the user to use their website easily. 

 We had a group meeting. We have shared our outcomes from the finding and research work that we have done for our projects. We looked the ways that how can we help most each other and act as a team. Our project is interdependent om each other like if i am developing a website then my other team member is developing mobile app for that, while other one is doing research for the marketing of the project. One of our co league is dealing with the finance of the project and one is onto project progress. So we have made our coordination better this week so we can communicate with each other more smoothly.

 Today I had one to one meeting with my coordinator in which she assigned me my task. I am assigned with web development project that organisation wanted me to develop for PMO services. At first, my coordinator tell me about the background of company then she told me about the operations and services of the company that they provide. So i can get more clear view of company's working structure and we can share common ground for better understanding about project. Then coordinator confined me to keep the shared information about company and data confidential. Then i am being shared with the needs and requirements for the website.

We are given opportunity of internship with a project management and consultancy company 'PMO services'. In our first meeting with our company's coordinator and classmates those are with me in this internship, we introduce ourselves with everyone. Tell them our educational background and our purpose to join this course and do we want to learn out of this course and Internship. After that our coordinator took the mic and brief us about the whole scenario that what we gonna do in this term of internship with PMO services. This meeting was held online on Microsoft Teams.
